ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
Child Labor
No employees under the age of 15 (or below the minimum legal working age defined by local regulations) are employed. Workers under the age of 18 cannot be employed through force, coercion, or against their free will. All legal requirements regarding the protection of young workers are strictly followed.
Forced / Bonded Labor
Employees are not prevented from leaving the workplace and cannot be forced to work overtime against their will. Any form of forced labor, including the use or threat of violence, intimidation, pressure, or debt bondage to maintain employment, is strictly prohibited. All forms of forced or compulsory labor are not accepted.
Inhumane Treatment
Any inhumane, degrading, or humiliating treatment, torture (including sexual abuse), psychological or physical pressure, and verbal harassment are strictly prohibited. Employees’ freedom of expression and physical freedom cannot be unlawfully restricted. Substandard living or accommodation conditions are not allowed; access to clean and potable water must not be denied. Intimidation, harassment, and discriminatory practices are not tolerated. Threats, violence, or any other unethical behavior are prohibited under all circumstances.
Occupational Health and Safety
Occupational health and safety rules are fully complied with. Any practices that may endanger the health, safety, or life of employees are not accepted. Risk prevention, provision of a safe working environment, and implementation of necessary protective measures are mandatory.
Unethical Conduct
Offering or attempting to offer bribes to auditors or public officials is strictly prohibited. Providing intentionally false or misleading information within the supply chain is not allowed. Practices such as concealing production facilities, operating without valid licenses, or deliberately understating workforce capacity are not accepted. Employees’ fringe benefits cannot be unlawfully restricted or withheld.
